We want you to love your HUUB purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Request a Return – Visit our Returns Portal to start your return.
- Pack Your Item – Ensure it’s unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Send It Back – Follow the instructions provided in your return confirmation.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
- Accessories with hygiene seals (if broken).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our Support Page within 7 days of delivery.
